Piney Grove Rehabilitation Center is Kernersville’s very own Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing assistance to people with illness or disability. Medical care services including nursing and therapy are provided around the clock to help patients return to their highest level of functioning after an acute problem. Recently, Piney Grove hired a new administrator, Bill Schultze to join their team. We met with Mr. Schultze so that we could get to know him and chat about his future goals for Piney Grove Rehabilitation Center.
Bill was born in Princeton, NJ. Before settling in Kernersville he lived in both Philadelphia and Greensboro. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007 with an Economics Degree. For 18 years, Mr. Schultze was a food-service director, and eventually decided to transition into healthcare administration.
Raising 2 children, William and Bailey, Bill decided that Kernersville would be a great community to raise his family. Mr. Schultze loves the neighborhoods, schools, and accommodations that Kernersville has to offer. His favorite local restaurant is Bistro B’s and enjoys golf in his spare time.
Now that he is the new administrator, Mr. Schultze has many plans and goals for Piney Grove’s future. He plans to streamlining to provide more efficient care while providing the best care possible . Soon, Piney Grove will be providing Outpatient Therapy to residents rehabilitating at home.
Being an administrator for a medical facility requires one to be professional, kind, and a good problem-solver; Mr. Schultze aims to exemplify these traits to his new staff and clients. Welcome to Kenrersville Bill and we look forward to serving the aging adults and their families in the Kernersville and Walkertown community.
